Cancellation Policy

 

Please check your order before proceeding to check out. We apologize that no cancellation is allowed after check out.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, Esluxe accepts merchandise in its original, unused, with all tags attached, within 15 days of the receipt of your order. To return an item, please email us at Sales.esluxe@gmail.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return. We will work on case by case basis.

 

Esluxe is not responsible for packages lost during postage and return shipment, so we recommend you choose a carrier with tracking service. Your refund will take 5-7 business days to process once the items are received into our inventory.
