When will I receive my Order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, so you should receive your products within 5 working days!
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You'll first receive an email, to confirm that your order has been received - but the payment hasn't been captured yet.
Later on, you'll get a second email to confirm that your payment has been captured and your order will be sent within 24 hours.
I have just placed an order and make payment but my item(s) is out of stock? What can I do?
In a situation that the product is out of stock during the time of order, we will personally contact you to offer you a refund. We will also let you know the estimated waiting time for the stock replenishment. You can either accept the refund or choose to wait for the stocks to be replenished. Your order will be shifted to the top of the list as a pre order. In lieu of delays in the shipment, we will make an announcement on our facebook and Instagram page. Feel free to contact us via email or sms to know the status of your orders.
